Phylnet tools

This website provides several online tools for phylogenetic networks:

• Random_Ntk_Generator, to generate random phylogenetic networks.
• TreeContainment, to check whether a given tree is contained in a given phylogenetic network.
• RecoPhyNC-online, to check which properties a given phylogenetic network has.
• NetworkDraw, to visualize a phylogenetic network given by its list of edges using GraphViz, and convert it to eNewick.
• ISIPhyNC, to get information about subclasses of phylogenetic networks.
• Level1Number, to compute the number of rooted level-1 networks depending on the number of leaves, reticulation cycles and arcs inside the cycles.
