Random_Ntk_Generator - Generating random phylogenetic networks

Please enter all necessary information to generate your networks:

Number of leaves (between 1 and 100):
Number of reticulations (between 0 and 100):
Number of generated networks (between 1 and 1000):

About this tool

The software used for random network generation was programmed in C by Louxin Zhang and is described in the following article:
Zhang, L. (2016). On Tree-Based Phylogenetic Networks. Journal of Computational Biology, 23(7), 553–565.

The total number of vertices is deduced from the number of leaves and reticulations. Then the program randomly selects two vertices that have not received enough arcs under the in-degree and out-degree constraints to add an arc between them.
