TreeContainment - Finding a phylogenetic tree in a phylogenetic network

About this tool

The software used for solving the Tree Containment problem was programmed in C by Louxin Zhang. In this demo, it is used with a 30 second timeout: the program will be stopped after 30 seconds, without providing any result, if it is still looking for the tree inside the network.
