Publications related to 'tripartition distance' : The tripartition distance is an extension of the Robinson-Foulds distance for phylogenetic networks. However it does not satisfy the separation property (d(N1,N2)=0 iff N1 and N2 are isomorphic) on general phylogenetic networks.
